The Maltonian Gallery - David Roberts and Alan Robinson retirement

Pictures from the retirement dinner of headteacher David Roberts in 2006, and of French teacher Alan Robinson. Alan had been at the school all his working life, starting in 1970 at the Grammar School, and retiring 36 years later. David Roberts had been headteacher since 1989.

I seem to recall the dinner was at Sandburn golf club before it moved to larger premises.
